Director ITS
Adnan Qazi's career has been built on firsts. Over two decades leading technology and business transformation across Pakistan's most demanding industries, he has consistently arrived at the frontier before others knew it existed, most notably by leading the first-ever SAP S/4 HANA implementation in Pakistan at Lucky Cement.
His journey began at Siemens, where he founded and built the SAP practice in Pakistan from the ground up, delivering projects both locally and overseas at a time when enterprise technology in the country was largely uncharted territory. From there he moved to Toyota's Indus Motor Company, where he spent over a decade redefining not just the organisation's technology infrastructure but the entire customer relations function across its national dealer network. Each chapter that followed; National Foods, then Lucky Cement, carried the same signature: restructured departments, redefined processes, standardization, rebuilt infrastructure, and teams left measurably stronger than he found them.
What has always distinguished Adnan is not the scale of the systems he builds but the conviction behind them. Technology, in his view, is never the point. The business is. The customer is. The person is. That belief has shaped every decision of his career and earned him recognition well beyond his immediate organisations as an award-winning CIO, an international speaker, and a trusted voice.
He does not just build systems. He builds what others will later call standard.
