Muhammad Ali Tabba took over the reigns of lucky cement after the demise of father in 2005. He leads Lucky Cement with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Over the years, Lucky Cement has expanded significantly, with strategically located production facilities in Karachi and Pezu, enabling efficient supply across both southern and northern regions of the country. The company also holds a distinct position as Pakistan's first cement manufacturer to export substantial volumes of loose cement, supported by its own loading and storage terminal at Karachi Port.
Driven by operational efficiency and long-term sustainability, Lucky Cement has consistently invested in advanced industrial systems and responsible production practices. It remains among the pioneers in Pakistan to introduce Waste Heat Recovery, Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF), and Tyre Derived Fuel (TDF) technologies, strengthening both energy efficiency and environmental performance.

Lucky Cement Limited, part of the Yunus Brothers Group, is Pakistan's largest cement producer with a production capacity of 15.3 MTPA. The company operates two manufacturing plants at Karachi Plant and Pezu Plant, supplying both domestic and international markets.
Within Pakistan, Lucky Cement has built a strong nationwide distribution network supported by strategically located warehouses, enabling efficient delivery across all major regions. Its cement is widely used in major infrastructure and housing projects, including highways, dams, smart cities, DHA developments, and CPEC-related construction.
Internationally, Lucky Cement is a leading exporter of cement and clinker, serving markets in Africa, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the United States, and Brazil, with exports exceeding 3 million tons in FY25. The company also operates a dedicated export terminal at Karachi Port.
Lucky Cement also emphasizes sustainable manufacturing through waste heat recovery, solar, and wind energy, with approximately 55% of its energy needs met through renewable sources.
