Lucky Cement Limited, part of the Yunus Brothers Group, is Pakistan's largest cement producer with a production capacity of 15.3 MTPA. The company operates two manufacturing plants at Karachi Plant and Pezu Plant, supplying both domestic and international markets.
Internationally, Lucky Cement is a leading exporter of cement and clinker, serving markets in Africa, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the United States, and Brazil, with exports exceeding 3 million tons in FY25. The company also operates a dedicated export terminal at Karachi Port.
Located on the Main Super Highway in Karachi, Lucky Cement's southern production facility is strategically positioned to serve domestic demand and export channels with speed and reliability. Its proximity to Karachi Port strengthens logistics efficiency and supports large-scale dispatch capabilities, including access to the company's dedicated export terminal.
Situated in Pezu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Lucky Cement's flagship northern facility remains central to the company's production strength. As the company's first manufacturing site, it plays a critical role in supplying northern markets while supporting capacity leadership through continued expansion and operational upgrades.
Al Mabrooka Cement Manufacturing Company Limited (AMCMC) was incorporated as a limited liability company in Basra, Republic of Iraq, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lucky Al Shumookh Holdings Limited (LASHL). AMCMC started its commercial production in 2014. Its current production capacity is 1.742 MTPA.
Najmat Al Samawah Company for Cement Industry (NAS) was incorporated as a limited liability company in Samawah, Republic of Iraq, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of ASLIL. NAS has constructed an integrated cement manufacturing plant with a capacity of 1.31 MTPA, which commenced commercial production in March 2021. During the year, NAS successfully commissioned its clinker production facility of 1.82 MTPA through the installation of a new production line.
Nyumba Ya Akiba S.A. (NYA) was incorporated as a limited liability company in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lucky Rawji Holdings Limited (LRHL). NYA set up a Greenfield fully integrated cement plant with a production capacity of 1.31 MTPA which started commercial operations in December 2016 in the Kongo Central Province of DRC. NYA is leading in DRC with current market share of more than 50 percent.
