Mr. Tabba assumed the role of Chief Executive at Lucky Cement Limited in 2005, succeeding his late father in leadership. Beyond the corporate sphere, Mr. Tabba has played important roles in industrial and community organizations. He serves as Chairman of the All Pakistan Cement Manufacturers Association and has previously chaired the Pakistan Textile Council and the Pakistan Business Council. He remains actively engaged in welfare initiatives and serves on the boards of several universities, institutions, and foundations.

Mr. Tabba's philanthropic commitment is reflected through his role as Chairman of the Aziz Tabba Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to social welfare, self-employment through microfinance, education, healthcare, and housing. Two major healthcare institutions in Karachi — Tabba Heart Institute and Tabba Kidney Institute — represent important contributions of the foundation to the community.

In recognition of his services to Pakistan's social and business sectors, Mr. Tabba was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2010. He also received the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry \"Businessman of the Year\" Gold Medal for 2012–2013.
