As Director Operations – North at Lucky Cement, he provides strategic oversight of plant operations, focusing on production efficiency, reliability, and sustained operational excellence across the northern region. Since joining the company in 1998, he has played a key role in strengthening operational capabilities and delivering major growth initiatives, including brownfield expansion projects and the integration of renewable energy solutions to improve sustainability and cost efficiency.
His leadership remains centered on capacity optimization, process improvement, and long-term value creation through disciplined operational management.
